Talking about Scaled Operations

Here’s an interview I did with my friend Mark Peter Davis of Interplay Ventures. Mark was around when we first brought Techstars to NYC in 2011, and played a key role in helping us get off the ground there. At that time, we had just 4 locations and we were investing in 40 startups a year. Now with about 50 locations and 500 startups a year, Mark was curious how we’ve scaled things in an industry that people say can’t be scaled. So, we talked about it on his show. I also talk a bit more about what my move to Chairman has meant to me personally as well as how the philanthropic arm of Techstars (The Techstars Foundation) works. Let me know what you think!
