I wrote the Mentor Manifesto exactly one year ago today. Since then it’s been shared a ton and it’s still one of my most popular posts. Many accelerators use it as the basis for how they teach their mentors to behave around their companies. I’m glad so many people have found it useful. It seems to be standing the test of time.
